Q: How long does a bike tune-up take at Prairie Velo?
A: Most tune-ups are ready within 2–3 days. Full rebuilds or parts replacements may take longer depending on availability.
Q: Do you service e-bikes?
A: Yep — however we only work on brands we sell.
Q: Can I bring my bike in without an appointment?
A: Absolutely. Walk-ins are welcome during shop hours. We’ll give you an accurate estimate and get your appointment booked.
Q: I have a flat tire, how fast can you get me rolling?
A: Right away. Stop in, flat fixes are typically on the spot or if we’re really busy it will be the same day.
